Alberta Ferretti, her career, her life!
La Signora Alberta Ferretti

She’s one of the most romantic faces in fashion, strong and warm, and so is her team! Whenever you’re around any of the AEFFE staff, you feel like you belong to this Italian blooded family, welcomed and loved…
She has made the most beautiful flowing gowns you have ever seen on the red carpet, dressing the most famous beautiful women around the world, always trying to be innovative and modern, and always feminine…. always!
This is my latest interview with her, where as usual she opens her heart and talks freely about her career, her dreams and her life! This is Alberta Ferretti.

What does elegance mean to you?

Elegance is a state of mind that expresses itself on the outside with serenity, being nice and educated.

Who is the Alberta Ferretti Woman?

She’s a woman with a very strong personality that allows her to choose and interpret everything around her, not only fashion, but everything that surrounds her, because she’s a curious woman, and she lives in our modern times.

How does a woman choose her dress for a special night?
I think the dress depends on a woman’s personality and her physique. But honestly and without any doubt, one of the nicest things is the man who loves you.

What is the secret of Alberta Ferretti Collection’s success?
I think my style is elegant and timeless. It accentuates the woman’s beauty but without stealing away her character. I love to think that women choose my dresses and wear it over the years, feeling more and more feminine.

What are the hardest obstacles to cross?

Over the years, my passion, my desire of always giving my best  have driven me not to stop after each success, but to work and evolve my fashion, staying true to my own style.

What is the secret of your personal success?
To be aware of all the work that is done and being fully satisfied with yourself.
An advice you could give to women..
Use your femininity not as a mask, but to be yourself. In what concerns fashion, use it to emphasize your style and your personality, not to disguise yourself!

I know you love arts.. What kind of arts do you prefer and what’s your favourite piece of art?
I am a modern art lover, especially “poor art”. I love Michelangelo Pistoletto, Joanis Cunellis, Gilberto Zorio, etc… and I was very fortunate to have been able to create a friendly relationship with some of them.
